COURSES

Minnaar & Associates presents programmes within a corporate environment. Courses are conducted on an in-house basis and a maximum of 12 candidates are accommodated per course.

The first module (Self-Awareness) and the last module (Re-Evaluation) are compulsory. Apart from an overall assessment of Emotional Intelligence, the participants' specific strengths and possible limitations are pinpointed during the first module, Self-Awareness. After this workshop a report is compiled recommending various follow-up workshops (if any) to address those areas that need further development.

After the participant has completed his/her recommended follow-up workshops, he/she is reassessed during the last module: Re-Evaluation.
